OUR MISSION: The mission of the Newmarket Main Street Corporation is to promote comprehensive downtown revitalization and to maintain and strengthen the economic, historic, and cultural characteristics of Newmarket, preserving the legacy of the town for generations to come. Our goal, in short, is to build a better community. To reach this goal, the Newmarket Main Street Corporation has undertaken a number of projects:

The The Newmarket Heritage Festival is an annual celebration of community and diversity that provides an enriching cultural experience for residents of the Seacoast region.

The historic Engine House restoration project supports downtown revitalization, honoring Newmarket's past and the value of preserving it for generations to come.

The February 2004 Forum was a discussion about Newmarket's cultural and economic future focused on the creation of public space in the mills.
