Brrrr! It’s cold and wintery out there, but the 13th annual Heritage Festival–coming up eight months from now, way on the other side of spring and summer–is already in the works. The weekend will be packed with a lively mix of multicultural music and dance, food and fun, all served up with a generous helping of friendly community spirit.
