Volunteers

The Newmarket Heritage Festival is powered by volunteers! it’s not too late to join the festival weekend team for 2009.  This year we are expecting 3,000-5,000 people–and hosting this international block party, an annual celebration of the arts, culture, history and community spirit–is truly a team effort. We need your help! As many as 60 volunteers come together each year to help during festival weekend and we have plenty of opportunities to help out. Get in touch, and we’ll give you a job–plus free festival admission. It’s a great way to support your community–plus it’s a lot of fun. We hope you’ll join us!

Admissions: Admissions volunteers are important ambassadors for the Heritage Festival, helping to make everyone feel welcome at our award-winning international block party.
